Bad reservation system for owners

They have no call waiting system. Just 3 numbers to call. You have to call in a year to the day to get a week booked. You call any of the 3 numbers and get a busy signal. I at this point have been trying for 3 hours to get someone to book a unit. They only have 25 two bedroom units so it is a crap shoot if you can get one in Jan, Feb or March. You would think they would have some kind of phone system that would put you in a queue. But no, you just have to take your changes and keep calling. This is the 1st year I have had this issue. I think they have over sold.

Very upset customer

Food was terrible most of the time. The service was non existing, when it was it was marginal at best. The management when you could find one did little to nothing to fix the problems. The lies that we were told never stopped and the excuses to cover the lies were endless. I would not send my worst enemy to this property or any others, which after 8 years is sad because there are a few stand out employees with very high integrity and service standards.

User's recommendation: The excuses are endless from the fact that we were told there were no ways to fix the locks on our doors, we were on the ground level to the spas had no availability until I got so angry about all the other issues that they all the sudden had endless openings. The kicker was on check in we were told there was a shortage of managers to handle problems but on check out day when they were supposed to adjust our bills for all the inconvenience we experienced there were 6 manager from every department. The only concession was we will give you a gift certificate that the manager said might or might not be honored on our next visit BTW his last day was the day we checked out he said he was leaving the company because he can't stand working for this one anymore.

ROSA WAS THE RUDEST PERSON EVER! I will never buy a timeshare because you have her as an employee

The woman named ROSA at the Cabo airport swindled us and then she is rude and unprofessional. she got my money, & I had to beg for it back.

then stranded me at that resort and we had to pay our way back. This miscommunication and her being so rude like that. I am very disappointed. I came there 100% to look at y'all timeshare and maybe buy one because I love Cabo & then play a little golf.

But she swindled me and now she is putting me to blame and not even apologizing? Tell me, THAT I COST HER MONEY?! That I shouldn't even worry about because I got my money back, and I cost her money, because she is on commission?!Is this how your treat your customers, or your customers that are willing to sit and listen and spend their hard earn money on a time share?! But then she gets snippy at me?!

When I was very kind, direct, professional towards her. Wow if this is how y'all do business, this is devastating. I have never experienced this before.

If you keep her as a sales person, y'all will lose a lot of customers. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS IS THE TYPE OF PEOPLE YOU HIRE!

Reservation scam

We made a reservation months ago for this hotel. We arrived and was sold our reservation was for the sister hotel. We asked to speak to the general manager who told us that it wasn't his fault that our reservation was made for the sister hotel and refused to fix the problem. We were told to cancel the sister hotel reservation and rebook with them for full price. Even though we had booked months ago and got a great deal on our reservation. And the issue was never resolved. We also had confirmed several times that we had reservations at this particular hotel.

I see your review! Trinity Resort Services and Grand Solmar, all the phone numbers are disconnected! Ive been trying for two months to get a hold of anyone persons at these locations. They lead to nowhere. Class action lawsuit yes! I am in the process of filing a fraud dispute across the board. Please reach out to me if you are an owner who also cant get a hold of anybody. They are forcing me into debt since they have not collected the payment for over 2 months and there is no one to contact in regards to this issue. Thats fraud. Also, I have not been able to use my timeshare weeks nor is anyone answering at the reservation department. That is also further evidence of fraudulent activity. Mybeautifullife33@***.com ~Brooke

We have been "members" since 2013 have never been able to use it can't get ahold of anyone. It's a disaster.

Wasted money and zero customer service.

Keep getting transferred to a different person only to be disconnected. Scam for sure

Not worth 1 star. Signed up for "timeshare" in 2013 have never been able to use it. When calling for assistance get transferred to multiple different departments only to have a dropped call. Continued billing for facility fees but have never been able to utilize the program. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have invested loads of money to no avail. It is a complete scam. BUYERS BEWARE!!

I am in the same boat! We have sent numerous emails and calls and have gotten no response.

We are now being billed for annual fees and monthly fees after requesting cancellation days after signing.

!! Ugh!

We had to seek legal help to get out of our contract within the 5 day Buyers remorse period. We put a big chunk down and their so called “legal team” Pam Hill if that’s even her real name told us there was no way of getting out of it and wanted us to sign another contract with them saying they could keep the down payment.

Then she was pissed when we told her we weren’t signing another contract with them and would be getting an attorney that day to take care of it.. Thank god for IIC Legal there in Cabo STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRROKS!!!

, don’t even sign up for their waste of time presentation! They will lie, get you liquored up and do whatever it takes to have you sign up for it then make you believe there’s no way out of it without losing your *** just to get you past your 5 day rescind period!!!

I don’t know where to go for help. I see I paid for the same attorney…I think LLC legal but there isn’t any contact information on the paperwork.

Yes I was just there on February 10 2022 lots of sales people there 5 of them practically forced me yo sign stuff was scared I wouldn't get a ride out of there if I didn't I'm seeking legal counsel now.

As a timeshare owner you can get in contact with customer service. I have tried calling most numbers disconnected or just ring busy all day. I have emailed more then once with no response. Buyers Beware

Owner need confirm dates

Unable to get in contact with customer service, tried calling and emailing, no luck. Buyers beware. !!!!!!! If you call directly to the resort, they will not help as well.

I will report to fraud if I do not get a contact number I am a member and I have a timeshare with grand Solmar and I cant seem to get any information or any number I can contact. All numbers Ive been given all disconnected I need to know whats going on with my account if not I will be reporting to fraud.

Same here! Previously, I had been communicating with Trinity Resort Services to make reservations and mid-conversation, I stopped receiving emails from them.

I went to the Trinity Resort Services website and it says as of 2022 they will no longer be servicing Grand Sol Mar. So something is up. Every number I called on the Grand Sol Mar website was disconnected and they haven’t responded to my emails. I actually found their Facebook page and saw they had recent posts.

So I messaged their page and got a response.

They gave me an email address (one I already had emailed days ago and had no response) and a phone number I had that had been previously disconnected. This time it worked and I waited on hold for over an hour just to see how ridiculous it would get and then hung up.
